The artist, the Dan in black, and their friend Phillip have journeyed deep into the Far East, searching for bounties on far fleeing bad men. Once they bag their prey, rhey will hop on their Unidragon and hustle back home.

Tasting Notes

This Imperial Stout was aged in Bourbon barrels and then blended with Vietnamese coffee, creating layers on unique flavor you won’t find anywhere else. Previously brewed exclusively for Texas, we’re taking it national in 2022.

Our inspiration for this project was our friend Phillip Pham. Please visit him next time you are in Houston at Hughie’s. We also collaborated with Matt from SpindleTap Coffee to get the coffee profile just right.
